Inquiry method and requirements are as follows.
The final evaluation of BDA will be held on October 30-31 in Shenzhen, featuring a battle for a million yuan prize. We hope to see you there!
Inquiry Method for Finalists:
Step 1: Log in to the official website:
Access BDA' s official website (https://www.bdaward.com) and enter the submission system.
Step 2: Check the status:
For work entries: Click entry list to view the status. If the participation status shows enter into the final evaluation, it indicates that the entry has successfully advanced to the final evaluation, qualifying for the BDA Grand Award.
For brands: Click Brand List to view the brand status. If the participation status shows enter into the final evaluation, it indicates that the brand has successfully advanced to the final evaluation.
*Notification of Advancement: We will also notify you via email about entering the final evaluation, so please check your email.
Entry Finalist Instructions:
1. Prepare a 3-minute PPT in both Chinese and English, with a 16:9 aspect ratio. Submit to service@bdaward.com by October 28 at 17:30pm.
2. A relevant company representative must participate in the defense (please pay attention to the Organizing Committee's phone notifications for detailed defense time slots).
*Any adjustments will be notified separately. Participants are required to provide electronic documents as requested; otherwise, it will be considered as voluntarily giving up the final evaluation qualification.
Brand Finalist Instructions:
1. Mail 2-3 representative products. The deadline for receipt is October 28 at 17:30pm.
2. Prepare a 5-minute PPT in 16:9 aspect ratio in both Chinese and English (suggest highlighting the importance of brand development to the company's founders or executive team). Submit to service@bdaward.com by October 28 at 17:30pm.
3. The company founder or partner must participate in the defense (please pay attention to the Organizing Committee's phone notifications for detailed defense time slots).
Instructions for Mailing Brand Products:
According to the evaluation rules, brands advancing to the final evaluation must send 2-3 representative physical items for the final evaluation, and must fill out the shipping information in the system; otherwise, the Organizing Committee will not be responsible for the shipped items.
1.Shipping Preparation
(1) Print two copies of the exclusive shipping QR code generated by the official website system: one to attach to the outer box and the other to include inside the shipping box.
(2) List the shipped items and accessories, and place this list along with the Better Design Award Shipping Risk Notification in the shipping box (please log into the official website system, click [Brand Application List] — [Operation] — [Finalist Notification and Shipping Instructions] — [Download File], and print, sign, and seal).

3. Shipping Timeline
(1) Please send products via express delivery between October 23-28, 2024 (9:00-12:00; 12:00-17:30).
(2) If delivering in person, it must be done between October 27-28, 2024 (9:00-12:00; 12:00-17:30). Please contact the Organizing Committee staff 24 hours in advance to schedule (Mr. Lin 15323884299).
4. Information Entry
(1) After sending the express delivery, be sure to fill in your shipping information in the system so staff can track the delivery. If delivering in person, please clearly indicate the shipping method on the page, the latest entry time is October 28.
(2) Additionally, if your entry needs to be returned, please enter valid return address information by October 28. Winning participants are generally expected to donate their works to the Organizing Committee for collection and touring exhibitions. If a return is needed, it will be arranged uniformly after the exhibitions based on the participant's situation.
5.Important Notes:
As the final evaluation venue is indoors, products exceeding the size of 2m x 1.2m, or those that are oversized, immovable, difficult to transport, or of significant value, may send scaled-down models or prototypes.
