She is the first female chairperson of the Hong Kong Designers Association (HKDA) in its 50-year history, as well as a board member of the World Design Organization (WDO). She also serves as a director of the Hong Kong Design Centre, an advisor to the Doctor of Design programme at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and a Hong Kong Convention Ambassador. Additionally, she is the founder of Venture Design, CycleCore New Materials, and ASA Innovation & Technology. 
Her designs are sold worldwide, including at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) and numerous other museum stores. Her work has been featured in The New York Times and various international media outlets, and she has received multiple prestigious international design awards, including the iF Gold Award, Red Dot Design Award, GDA Global Design Gold Award, Perspective Awards, DFA Hong Kong Young Design Talent Award – Designer of the Year, and 40 Under 40 Asian Top Young Design Talents.
