Du Hemin is the Deputy Dean of Shenzhen Technology University School of Design and Innovation, Doctoral Supervisor in Design, City University of Macau. He also serves as a Council Member of the Chinese Ergonomics Society, a Member of the Industrial Design Committee of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, a Council Member of the User Experience Branch of the China Industrial Design Association, a Council Member of the Shenzhen Industrial Design Profession Association, and Vice President of the Shenzhen Longgang District Industrial Design Association. He has published over 80 academic papers and authored/edited 3 books and textbooks. He has filed 5 invention patents and over 40 utility model and design patents.
