Li Ningning is currently the Founder and Executive Design Director of ViStrat Design Consulting Agency. With over 20 years of experience in the fields of industrial design, product manufacturing, and design strategy, she has made significant contributions to the industry. Previously serving as the Senior Director of Industrial Design for the ecosystem of Xiaomi Technology, she was responsible for the industrial design of the company's ecosystem hardware products. She led the design and development of hundreds of Xiaomi and Mijia brand hardware products, including wearables, smart home appliances, smart home solutions, and smart mobility devices, successfully establishing a distinct brand design style.
