Inder is the Industrial Design Lead at IDEO Shanghai. He is well-versed in the entire process of taking products from concept to market. Prior to joining IDEO, he served as the Design Director at HAX (SOSV), a venture capital firm focused on early-stage hardware startups, where he learned and honed an iterative problem-solving approach. His work spans high-tech industries such as robotics, industrial Internet of Things (IoT), autonomous driving platforms, and advanced medical technology devices. He was involved in the initiative that grew SOSV's asset management size from $400 million to $1.3 billion, while also helping startups raise over $3 billion in funding. He leverages his experience working in various industries to create innovative cross-disciplinary solutions.
